Who am I?

I’m Steph, local estate agent for a handful of standout homes in Aughton and West Lancs… and founder of TAUK, the fastest-growing personal agency brand in the UK.

I still sell because I love it. Because homes deserve more than a portal upload and a crossed-fingers follow-up. And because sellers deserve an agent who knows how to launch, negotiate, and land the right result, not just any result.

But I also mentor agents across the country. Real ones. Talented ones. The ones who were sick of flogging 30 listings for someone else’s bonus. I teach them how to build their brand, charge properly, and sell like it actually matters, because it does.
